Travel card/account
I've been using this travel card/account from this place for a while now and it's been great. I've used it to book flights, hotels, and tours with no problems at all. I've been to all sorts of places like Asia, Europe, USA, and South America, and every time, my experience with this place has been amazing. I definitely recommend their travel card/account if you want an easy and efficient way to book your travel stuff.
Exchanging currency
This place calling themselves a currency exchange service is quite the joke. Can't even manage to credit my account after a simple exchange. The service here was absolutely terrible. Huge fees charged and now I've been waiting 16 hours for them to credit my account with the exchanged funds. When I contacted support, all I got was the same scripted response about "finance is investigating." Feels like they're just playing games with my money, and it's super frustrating. If you value your time and money, definitely avoid this place.
Online purchase of clothing
If you accidentally pay too much, don't count on getting your money back. Despite going back and forth with emails and providing lots of proof for weeks, I still haven't seen the money returned. It's really frustrating. I'd steer clear of this place.
Transfered usdt, unable to sell, customer service gave excuses, money stuck, charged monthly fee, no resolution
I sent my USDT to sell and bam, can't complete it! No notice at all. Talked to customer service, and all they keep saying is that they're doing "enhancements". What the heck? An unexpected error? They don't even know when it's gonna be fixed! My precious money is stuck there, and they still charged me that monthly fee. Outrageous! I need my cash now! Still waiting for a solution! It's already July 7th, and nothing! Still stuck! Club Swan? More like Club Scam!
Payment delays
Sorry folks, but I gotta say, this place needs to step up their game when it comes to paying out. My money has been in limbo for months now, and it's starting to feel pretty hopeless. The fact that they suddenly stopped working with the payment processor has really put me in a tough spot. If you're thinking about working with them, just be careful.
