I was happy with how fast my order arrived from this company, but I was bummed when it took three days for the money to show up in my account after I bought it. It was annoying to see the money come out of my credit card right away, but then have to wait for them to finish the transaction. This wait made me feel pretty crappy, and I really hope they get better at this part of their service going forward.

This service is just terrible for anyone trying to make a crypto deposit, it's a real nightmare. Took forever for my funds to actually show up, and there was a real risk of losing them with no chance of getting my money back. And don't even get me started on the customer service - it was the worst, I felt so frustrated and like I was being totally ignored. I really recommend that people steer clear of this train wreck of a service, it's just not worth it.

This place calling themselves a currency exchange service is quite the joke. Can't even manage to credit my account after a simple exchange. The service here was absolutely terrible. Huge fees charged and now I've been waiting 16 hours for them to credit my account with the exchanged funds. When I contacted support, all I got was the same scripted response about "finance is investigating." Feels like they're just playing games with my money, and it's super frustrating. If you value your time and money, definitely avoid this place.

I sent my USDT to sell and bam, can't complete it! No notice at all. Talked to customer service, and all they keep saying is that they're doing "enhancements". What the heck? An unexpected error? They don't even know when it's gonna be fixed! My precious money is stuck there, and they still charged me that monthly fee. Outrageous! I need my cash now! Still waiting for a solution! It's already July 7th, and nothing! Still stuck! Club Swan? More like Club Scam!

Sorry folks, but I gotta say, this place needs to step up their game when it comes to paying out. My money has been in limbo for months now, and it's starting to feel pretty hopeless.
