I had a bunch of problems with my payment when I was trying to buy something at your store. First off, I was trying to use cryptocurrency to pay, but I never did it before so I was kinda lost. On top of that, my credit card wasn't working for some reason, which was really frustrating. And then, the two-factor authentication was slowing everything down. But, your support team was amazing! They helped me right away and even gave me other options to get my money quickly. I was super mad at first, but they explained everything so well that I felt better about using my account in the future. They made sure I understood everything they were saying, which I really appreciated. Good work!

Every time I have a question, the staff here is always on point and super helpful. They really know their stuff and it shows in how they answer. Plus, they're always respectful and never make me feel dumb. I really appreciate the stellar customer service I get here.

I was really let down by the service I got at the club. They said I was gonna get one thing, but I ended up with something totally different. And when I tried to sort it out with customer service, they told me I had to close my account and start all over again just to get what was originally promised. Basically, I'd lose the money I already paid. Dealing with all of this was a headache, and the customer service team took forever to respond and didn't really help much. All in all, my time with this club was all about promises that went unfulfilled and service that just wasn't up to par.
