The company isn't saying much and it's making me feel frustrated and uncertain about when I'll get my money back. On top of that, my account somehow got changed to a different name out of the blue without any explanation. I've tried everything to talk to the company – emails, phone calls, even the chat service – but all I get are vague answers and no clear timeline for fixing things. I'm really disappointed by the lack of responsibility and urgency from the so-called 'Financial Team'.

I've been using this travel card/account from this place for a while now and it's been great. I've used it to book flights, hotels, and tours with no problems at all. I've been to all sorts of places like Asia, Europe, USA, and South America, and every time, my experience with this place has been amazing. I definitely recommend their travel card/account if you want an easy and efficient way to book your travel stuff.
