I'm really upset about you keeping that money that doesn't belong to you. It's just not right and I can't support your services because of it. Please do the right thing and give back the €7700 to our friend Uli quickly. That money is his, not yours.

The company took my money and never gave it back, so I'd suggest avoiding them if I were you.

I put some money into Club Swan a while back and I've been waiting for a refund for over three months now. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times but haven't heard anything back or gotten my money back. This kind of customer service is not okay and I'm very disappointed in how they've dealt with this. I'm worried to hear that they might be going bankrupt because it makes me doubt if I'll ever get my money back.

I had a pretty rough go with my refund at that place. It took way too long and I felt like nobody was really listening to my concerns. The customer service was pretty subpar and I was left feeling really annoyed and not too happy with the whole situation. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone after what I went through.

If you accidentally pay too much, don't count on getting your money back. Despite going back and forth with emails and providing lots of proof for weeks, I still haven't seen the money returned. It's really frustrating. I'd steer clear of this place.
