ComplaintsI got some clothes from this place, and they were just okay. But then, when I wanted to return something, they wouldn't give me my money back. So now I'm kinda screwed with this shirt that doesn't even fit me. They're not very friendly, eh.

ComplaintsI just tried to get a $100 cash advance from this service and it got added to my credit card balance right away. But here's the thing, I couldn't even use the money! When I tried to take it out, they were like, "sorry, pay your bill first," even though I never got the cash. It felt like a total scam, and the customer service on their chat was no help at all. Honestly, it was super frustrating and now I'm feeling like I got ripped off.

ComplaintsCleo is totally scamming me, eh? They charged me twice for nothing! I spoke to this guy who couldn't help me at all, and now I have no money!
Deceptive billing practices
Deceptive billing practices
ComplaintsI was totally surprised when I found out that I was being charged for a subscription I never actually subscribed to. Even though I was told there wasn't any subscription linked to my account, they kept taking money from my bank account. And to top it off, not having a real person to talk to in customer service made it really hard to fix the problem. It feels like a total scam!
