CommunicationI thought I stumbled upon a great online store, but when I had questions, they didn't really answer and kept trying to end the conversation. Their customer service is practically non-existent! I tried to get more information about some concerns, but it felt like I was talking to no one. They claim to have a team of 200 people available, but it seemed like no one was actually helping. And let me tell you about the timing of their responses - as soon as I go offline, that's when they send a generic "we're here to help" message. It's total nonsense.
