the e-tickets you sent won't import into the Universal Studios app like my Disney tickets do with My Disney Experience. Your rep said paper copies should be fine, and okay, probably true, but I'd sleep better if the QR codes actually worked with the app. Please make that happen.

So I gotta say, my experience trying to redeem my theme park vouchers from Undercover Tourist was pretty disappointing. I mean, I had to wait around forever at the theme parks while the staff tried to figure out how to handle my vouchers. It was super stressful and just not cool. I get that maybe it wasn't all Undercover Tourist's fault, but the fact that not all places recognized the vouchers just made everything more annoying. Like, at Aquatica, I had to stand in line for a manager to print out actual tickets - talk about a hassle. In the end, the money I saved on the vouchers just didn't seem worth the trouble of worrying about them not being accepted at the parks.
