CancellationThe refund policy of Undercover Tourist is falsely advertised. They will not issue a refund for one unused ticket, apparently as it was bought in a group of six tickets together and only one was unused. Their refund policy DOES NOT state this policy in any way, stating: "Refund: E-Ticket: Refundable for 365 days from the date of purchase. E-Ticket must not be used, expired, or modified or exchanged. Once verified with the vendor that they are unused, 95% of the item(s) total will be refunded." I feel this is false advertising as it in no way states that a single ticket in a group is non-refundable. They state "yes, we are friendly frogs"...they are not. It also took more than six months to get to this disappointing resolution. My recommendation would be to NOT use Undercover Tourist if you are hoping to have the option of receiving a refund, as this appears to be false advertising.
