Radisson Hotels - Reviews and experiences

I just booked this hotel online and got there with my two daughters. It was late 'cause we were at a nearby event. When we walked in, there was this big lady at the front desk, she seemed kinda off and said their system was down. She couldn't check us in for like an hour or two. I was not impressed 'cause we really needed a room and the hotel wouldn't even give me a refund when I complained. It was pretty disappointing.

So, I just stayed at this hotel in Goa for one night and let me tell you, it was not great. We were supposed to check in at 3pm but the rooms weren't ready on time. We ended up waiting for what felt like forever, and they only gave us one room at first, with no word on the second one. Super frustrating. And then to top it off, the staff wouldn't even give us the manager's contact info, leaving us hanging. Finally, after a lot of back and forth, we got our rooms. But what really bugged me was that no one offered to help with our luggage. And to make matters worse, the bathroom stuff wasn't even set up nicely, and when I told the front desk, they didn't do anything about it. All in all, not a great stay, that's for sure.

Even though the hotel accommodations were fine, my experience there got ruined by a big security problem. When I was staying at the hotel, I connected to their wifi and checked in at the front desk, only to find out later that my phone had been hacked and money taken from my bank account. It left me feeling so violated and worried about how secure the hotel really is. I want to warn others to be careful when using any electronic devices while they're staying there.
