CancellationI booked a room at this hotel back in January, and it's already March but I still haven't gotten my money back for the cancelled reservation. They told me my refund would be fast-tracked, but that was just a big fat lie. The customer service team's not keeping in touch and taking forever to respond is just not cool. I'm feeling super annoyed and let down by the whole thing.
