Radisson Hotels - Reviews and experiences

So, I stayed at this hotel before with my family and it was all good, but this time, oh boy, let me tell you... We showed up and our room only had one big bed instead of two! I was like, "Uh, where do you expect us to all fit?" The receptionist was like, "Sorry, no other rooms available," but I wasn't having it! After lots of arguing (and me telling them they need to fix this ASAP), we finally got two rooms. No view though, even though we specifically asked for it. Not cool, man. I better get some compensation for all this trouble.

Booking a room at this place was a total nightmare. I had to change the name on the room last minute and they ended up giving my room to someone else, without refunding the 700 bucks I had shelled out. Customer service was awful and they showed no flexibility at all. Definitely won't be staying here again.

I recently tried to book a hotel room online and man, it was so frustrating. The website was a real pain to navigate and didn't even show all the options available when I picked my dates and location. I've been a loyal customer, so I was expecting a smoother booking process, but the website was just a mess and not easy to use at all. The tiny, faint fonts also didn't help because it was hard to read anything. And then, when I looked for a hotel near Florida in the U.S., the website showed me results for places that were 3,500 miles away. That was a big letdown.
