On-siteI stayed at this place for one night and, honestly, it was a real mess. I arrived super late because of delays and the folks at the front desk were so mixed up, it took forever to get checked in. They couldn't even locate my room because they were short-staffed and directed me to the parking lot, which was shut and in the wrong spot. Like, come on, figure it out!

On-siteIf you need to get work done, don't bother staying here. I got here at noon for a meeting, but my room wasn't ready and the restaurant was closed for a private event. I asked for a meeting room, but they wanted to charge me extra. The lobby was full, and there was nowhere good to meet my client. Definitely not a good place for business.
