Spa entrance ticket purchase

I tried to buy a ticket for the spa at the hotel, but the customer service was terrible. I emailed them like they said to, but they never got back to me. Every time I called, I either got sent to voicemail or they said they'd call back but never did. The lack of communication and the fact that they never got back to me made the whole experience super frustrating and disappointing.

I can't believe how bold this hotel loyalty program is. I've been collecting a bunch of points over the years, and then they just disappeared from my account without any heads up. I reached out to customer service, and at first, they said they'd give me back my points, but then they just snatched them away once more. This kind of sketchy and untrustworthy behavior is totally not cool.

We recently booked a family vacation at a hotel and were really let down by the customer service. The hotel said their buffet restaurant would be open every day, which was a big reason we chose to stay there. But when we got there, they told us the buffet was only open once a week for dinner. It was tough because we had a young child with special dietary needs. We had to scramble to find other places to eat and ended up spending more money on transportation. The hotel didn't admit their mistake or offer any compensation, which was not cool. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and we wouldn't suggest staying at that hotel.

My recent stay at the hotel was a total disaster, eh. I asked for a room with a walk-in shower, but they gave me a room with a bath instead, so I had to ask for a different room right when I got there. And on top of that, they didn't even tell me that the restaurant was closed, so I had to eat in the bar, which wasn't ideal for a proper meal. The lack of communication and attention to detail was really disappointing, and it really ruined my whole experience at the hotel, eh.
