BookingI stayed at a hotel recently, and it was a really bad experience for me. Even though I booked a room online, when I got there they said they didn't have any rooms left. Eventually, they gave us a room next to the elevator, so it was really noisy and hard to sleep. The next day, we were able to move to a different room, which was a bit better. But then, they wouldn't let me park in the disabled spot because they didn't think my disability was serious enough. The way the staff handled it was so unprofessional - one of them even scolded us in front of other guests. And to top it off, they didn't give us the free parking they promised, so we got charged extra when we left.
