Priority Pass reviews

My time at the Priority Pass lounge was pretty good. The people at the entrance were nice and everything went smoothly. But it was really crowded inside and the staff kept changing, so they didn't know when my flight was boarding. It made me rush at the last minute to catch it.

As someone who travels a lot, having access to all those airport lounges around the world has made a huge difference for me. It's so nice to be able to chill out and relax in a cozy spot before hopping on my flight. Whether I'm in a little town or a big city, I know I can always find a lounge to escape the craziness of the airport. Paying for the membership is totally worth it for the peace of mind and comfort it gives me on my trips.

I was hoping for better service from this. What's the point of having a membership at airports if there aren't many restaurant choices? I was let down to learn that only one of the two main airports listed had a restaurant that took Priority Pass. Let's do better!

The food selection was just awful! The kitchen was so slow at refilling the food, and I even ended up burning my fingers on the hot/cold water tap. The waitress was friendly and tried to assist with toothpaste, but it didn't do much. I was in so much pain and discomfort during my 9+ hour flight back home. They seriously need to fix that water tap design right away!

I had this whole situation at JFK airport where I was tryna get into this fancy lounge, but they were all like, "Sorry, you can't come in because you're not flying with AirFrance." Ugh, so annoying! But then I stumbled upon this other lounge called Primeclass and it was amazing! They had a legit bar, free drinks, delicious food, and tons of comfy seats. For real, hit up Primeclass if you're in Terminal 1 at JFK.

This company really needs to do better when it comes to guaranteeing access to lounges. It's annoying to show up at a lounge and then get turned away because it's full. Some lounges let you pay extra for guaranteed entry, but not all. Priority Pass should have agreements with all lounge providers to make sure their customers can always get in.

The airport lounge experience at this location has gotten so much better since I was last here. The staff are always super nice and go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and at ease during your visit. The lounge in Madrid has a really nice vibe - it's spacious, cozy, and gets lots of natural light. The food selection at the buffet is pretty awesome, with something for everyone's tastes and dietary needs. The staff are always on hand to help out and make sure you have a great time in the lounge. Overall, the airport lounge experience here is top-notch and perfect for travelers who expect nothing but the best.
