Lounge access via Priority Pass

Service

As someone who travels a lot, I got to use the lounge at BKK airport thanks to my Priority Pass. The staff there were really helpful, helping me get some food, drinks, and even booking a massage. I've been using airport lounges for a while now and I'm happy that Priority Pass gives me extra access. One thing they could do better is to have maps for all the airports they cover, not just some of them, and to make it easier to find the lounges.

Lounge visit at SFO airport

Service

I went to the lounge at SFO airport and it was a terrible experience. It was early in the morning, and my family and I were excited to relax before our flight. We were the first ones in line, but the receptionist told us that they would stop accepting Priority Pass because business class passengers were coming. Even though the lounge was completely empty, she still said no. It made us feel like third-class citizens and left a bad taste in our mouths. We didn't argue because we didn't want to ruin our vacation, but we definitely did not deserve to be treated like that.

Priority Pass credit card for lounge access

Service

As a customer, I was really looking forward to using my Priority Pass credit card for lounge access during my layover at the MIAMI airport. But when I tried to go in with my family, they said it was full and we couldn't get in. It was super frustrating and disappointing, especially since I got the card just for this reason. The person at the door of the lounge made assumptions about us based on our ethnicity, which made the whole situation even worse.

Priority lounge visit

Service

The place was super handy and the decor was really nice. The drinks and food were top-notch, and honestly, the service was the best I've had at any lounge in this network. All in all, a really nice experience.

Recent visit to airport lounge

Service

The airport lounge experience at this location has gotten so much better since I was last here. The staff are always super nice and go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and at ease during your visit. The lounge in Madrid has a really nice vibe - it's spacious, cozy, and gets lots of natural light. The food selection at the buffet is pretty awesome, with something for everyone's tastes and dietary needs. The staff are always on hand to help out and make sure you have a great time in the lounge. Overall, the airport lounge experience here is top-notch and perfect for travelers who expect nothing but the best.
