Great experience, delicious food, good cappuccino, rest, 2 toilets, enjoyed lounge

On-site

My time at the lounge was great! The food was so yummy and the cappuccino was amazing. I got to chill out and rest a lot before my flight, which was just what I needed. The only downside was that there were only two bathrooms, which was a bit of a pain. But overall, I had a really good time at the lounge and I would totally go back again.

Lounge experience at airport

On-site

The lounge I ended up using with my Priority Pass was at the airport. It was basically my only option, and there were a bunch of people waiting to get in. But hey, I managed to find a seat and chill out. Surprisingly, the food and vibe were on point, way better than I thought. I enjoyed kicking back there for a bit before my flight.

Lounge access, business class, priority card holders

On-site

So yeah, I have this neat thing that lets me hang out in airport lounges, but dang, those fancy business class folks always get in before me. It's kinda unfair, eh! Like, what's the point of calling it "priority" if it's not, ya know? Ugh.

Priority Pass membership

On-site

Access to the lounges was pretty easy, and the service was mostly friendly. However, a few of the lounges closed way earlier than I would have preferred. Despite that, my overall experience was really positive and welcoming.

Lounge access with many options

On-site

My recent experience visiting lounges was really nice. I got to check out a few lounges and had a great time in Sao Paulo. The lounge made it easy for me to work and munch on some tasty snacks in a comfy setting.

Recent Trip from SFO to Australia

On-site

My recent trip from San Francisco to Australia and back through Nadi, Fiji was pretty good, but I had a frustrating time with the Priority Pass lounges. The lounge in Fiji let us in on the way there, which was nice. However, on the way back from Sydney, we couldn't get in because they weren't taking Priority Pass members until 10pm. That was stressful and inconvenient because we had to wait around at the airport without the lounge. Also, at the Nadi airport, they didn't let any Priority Pass members into the lounge, which was disappointing. Overall, the flights were fine, but the lounge issues were a big downside.

Peaceful airport getaway

On-site

When I used it, I found it really great to get away from the hectic airport and just relax for a bit. Having some comfy seats and snacks made me feel so much more at ease. It really helped to make my travel day a lot less stressful!

Overcrowded and Restrictive Lounges

On-site

The lounges at the airport were totally disappointing. The first lounge was so packed that you couldn't even walk around easily. Plus, being limited to the second floor just made it even more annoying. And then they wanted to charge more for a shower that didn't even have proper ventilation. Completely absurd! The second lounge wasn't any better, with a long line to get in and only one person working, and to make matters worse, a broken shower. Overall, just terrible service.

Relaxing pre-flight experience

On-site

I've always loved the calm vibes and cozy feel of this place. It's nice to escape the chaos of the airport and chill out before my flight. The food choices are great and there's something for everyone. I'd definitely suggest checking this spot out if you want to have a chill time before flying.

My amazing Priority Pass experience

On-site

Oh my goodness, waiting at the airport with my mom felt like forever! But thankfully, she had this really neat pass that got us into a fancy lounge. We got to relax in comfy chairs, sip on our own wine, and munch on delicious food. It was such a great way to kill time at the airport, I wish we could do it every time we travel!

Priority Pass membership

On-site

I was hoping for better service from this. What's the point of having a membership at airports if there aren't many restaurant choices? I was let down to learn that only one of the two main airports listed had a restaurant that took Priority Pass. Let's do better!

Food selection was terrible

On-site

The food selection was just awful! The kitchen was so slow at refilling the food, and I even ended up burning my fingers on the hot/cold water tap. The waitress was friendly and tried to assist with toothpaste, but it didn't do much. I was in so much pain and discomfort during my 9+ hour flight back home. They seriously need to fix that water tap design right away!

Priority Pass experience

On-site

I had this whole situation at JFK airport where I was tryna get into this fancy lounge, but they were all like, "Sorry, you can't come in because you're not flying with AirFrance." Ugh, so annoying! But then I stumbled upon this other lounge called Primeclass and it was amazing! They had a legit bar, free drinks, delicious food, and tons of comfy seats. For real, hit up Primeclass if you're in Terminal 1 at JFK.

Priority Pass lounge access

On-site

This company really needs to do better when it comes to guaranteeing access to lounges. It's annoying to show up at a lounge and then get turned away because it's full. Some lounges let you pay extra for guaranteed entry, but not all. Priority Pass should have agreements with all lounge providers to make sure their customers can always get in.
