I never shopped here before, but I just have to say that my first time was great. I couldn't find my booking confirmation, so I sent them an email. I was actually surprised to get a response in just a few hours!

My experience with booking through this service was pretty good overall. The website gave me a lot of helpful info about the hotel, rates, fees, and taxes, which was great. Paying was easy, and I got my booking confirmation quickly. I liked that there weren't any sneaky fees or surprises when I checked out. But, I did have some trouble with customer service - the local phone numbers in their emails didn't work, so I had to call an international number to talk to someone. Plus, they took a bit longer than I would have preferred to reply to my emails.
