ChangesSorry about my mistake, eh. I accidentally booked a non-refundable reso with the wrong date. But the folks at the place were super helpful and switched it to the date I wanted. They were so nice about it, no fuss at all. Their customer service was top-notch, went above and beyond. Made me really thankful for their understanding and flexibility, you know?
