I just booked a hotel with this company for a four-star hotel way before my trip started. But then, close to my departure date, they told me that my reservation was actually for a two-star hotel with a kinda similar name nearby. It messed things up big time and really annoyed me because I wanted that four-star experience for my trip. Prestigia really dropped the ball here and I'm super let down by their lack of attention to detail.

When I contacted customer service, I was informed that my reservation had been flagged for 'additional security checks' and that an email had been sent to me, which went directly to my spam folder. They tried to secure a room for me at the last minute, but the hotel was fully booked due to the high tourist season in Spain. The only solution offered to me was a refund, which left me scrambling to find alternative accommodations at a much higher cost. To make matters worse, the refund that was promised to me within 7-10 working days has yet to be received, despite my multiple follow-up emails.
