ServiceSo, ya know, I was hanging out at this swanky lounge in the airport and let me tell ya, it was not what I was expecting! The staff were super rude and not helpful at all. It felt like they didn't even wanna be there! The lady at the front desk couldn't even speak English - like, seriously, we're at an airport in the UK, how can ya not speak English?! And don't even get me started on the food. It was so flavourless and the seating area was nasty. I asked for some wipes to clean up and the server took forever to bring some and they were dirty! Never gonna go back there, that's for sure!

ServiceI recently got to hang out at a lounge during a layover and let me tell you, the service was top-notch. The manager and her team were so helpful and understanding when I had trouble using my membership number to get in. They really went out of their way to make sure I had a chill and relaxing time before my next flight. From the front desk to the lounge service, everyone was friendly and on the ball. It was a nice change of pace to be treated so well during a layover. I've never had service like that in a lounge before, and it definitely made my trip more special. If you ever find yourself in Hong Kong, I really recommend checking it out.

ServiceUnfortunately, my experience at the Plaza Premium Lounge provided by Air Mauritius Business Class at Heathrow T4 was really disappointing. The food options were not great, the staff were rude and slow, and there weren't enough seats for everyone. On top of that, some of the male staff were behaving inappropriately towards female customers, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. The Air France section also seemed to be full of people who weren't even flying with Air France, adding to the confusion and disorganization in the lounge. Overall, I was not happy with my experience and I plan to contact Air Mauritius to share my concerns about the poor service and conditions in this lounge.
