BookingSo I made a mistake when I was booking a service and needed to change it. Even though the website said 'free cancellation up to 24 hours before booking', I had trouble fixing my error. When I called customer service, I was connected to a call center in China with a bad connection. They told me I could only change my booking if I paid $10 per person. The representative wasn't very helpful and basically said I had to pay up or stick with it. I really should have checked the reviews before booking to avoid all this frustration.

BookingAfter buying 2 tickets and trying to book at a specific place, everything seemed good until I tried to use the voucher code. Even though I had an email with the code, the website wouldn't take it, which really bugged me and made me wonder if the site was legit. The whole booking process was way more complicated than it needed to be, which was really disappointing. I just hope someone helps me out soon.
