ServiceSorry bud, but let me tell you about my run-in with this one employee, Ms. Simpson - a real piece of work, I tell ya. Totally rude and unprofessional. She gave me attitude for no reason, rolling her eyes and disrespecting me the whole time we were talking. Ended up having to cancel the package she hooked me up with because of her terrible attitude. The hotel itself was alright, beds were comfy, and the food was decent. Can't knock the view from my room either. But Ms. Simpson really put a damper on things. They should really think about giving her some training in how to treat guests right. On the other hand, folks like Guest Service Stassi Duncan were top-notch, professional and friendly as can be.
