AccommodationAs a Premier Member at the resort, I recently booked an ocean front room for my son and his family for a week-long vacation. However, when they arrived, they were given a subpar room at the edge of the resort. On top of that, they were asked to pay extra for an upgrade to the room they had initially reserved. This whole situation was really disappointing and it has made us decide that we won't be spending our money at this resort again.
