On-siteMy recent hotel stay was at a great spot. The staff there was really friendly and helpful. I especially liked Bev's warm attitude during breakfast and Phyllis' professionalism at the front desk. It was a bummer though that the sauna and steam rooms weren't working while I was there. But even with that, I still had a good time overall.

On-siteI just had a back and shoulder massage at the spa, and I gotta say, it was pretty disappointing. I know a thing or two about massages, so I was expecting some top-notch skills and professionalism, but sadly, that's not what I got. The therapist's technique was way too rough, it felt like she was poking me with sticks instead of using her fingers. It was pretty painful and definitely not the relaxing time I had in mind.
