As a loyal member, I was really let down by my recent stay at the hotel. The Chelsea Football Club location was disappointing right from the start. The escalator was broken, and that was just the beginning of many letdowns. The check-in line was long and boring, which kind of set the mood for the whole stay. When I finally made it to room 601, I found dirty furniture, a cracked and stained sink, low-quality TV channels, and really dark lighting. And to top it off, there were no bedside charging points or sockets. I won't be coming back to this place, that's for sure.

My time at Copthorne Auckland was really disappointing. The people working there were nice and the service was okay, but the room itself was in bad shape. The bathroom door didn't close properly, the shower leaked, and the tiles were cracked. On top of that, there was this gross black spot on the sink that clearly hadn't been cleaned for ages. I talked to the staff about it, but all they did was half-heartedly try to fix the door, leaving paint chips on the floor. It was a terrible experience overall. And to make things worse, when I tried to contact Customer Services for help, they didn't even respond.

I made a reservation for one night at a hotel in George Square, Glasgow, hoping for a nice view of the Square decorated with Christmas lights, but the room ended up overlooking a car park instead. The bathroom had black mold and the artex on the ceiling was peeling off, plus a broken safe and radiator. The room overall was in really bad shape. The menu was nowhere to be found, and the staff weren't very helpful. We decided to head over to a nearby Premier Inn for breakfast because we were really unhappy with our stay at the hotel. All in all, it was a huge letdown and we couldn't wait to leave.

I just stayed at this hotel with super friendly staff, but man, the rooms were pretty old-fashioned. Still, the location is great! Right smack dab in the middle of everything, making it a breeze to hop on trams and buses to get around Manchester.

I stayed at a hotel in the West Midlands not too long ago, and oh boy, it was terrible. The surrounding area was alright, with a big shopping center close by, but that didn't make up for how bad the hotel was. It felt like a blast from the past - stuck in the 90s with old-fashioned decor and things falling apart. And don't even get me started on the gym connected to the hotel, it was a mess. Filthy, no toilets, and no staff looking after it. I couldn't believe how unhygienic and poorly maintained it was.
