BookingMy experience booking my stay was really disappointing. The staff made me think I would get points for my KORU membership, but later told me I wouldn't. Even though they said they would fix it, they kept giving me wrong info and didn't make up for their errors. They only gave me a small refund without asking and wouldn't give me any other options.
