CommunicationToday I went to this fancy hotel and paid for my room with my card. But when I checked my card bill, I saw that they charged me double! I called them up and they promised to refund me, but it has been weeks and still no money back. They keep giving me false promises and not responding to my emails, and the manager is nowhere to be seen. I am so frustrated, they really need to give me back my money!! This customer service is the worst, I can't believe they treat their guests like this. Do not stay at this hotel, they really do not care about you at all!
