My experience changing passenger details for my flight booking was pretty frustrating at first, eh. I forgot to put in my passport expiry date, so I had to pay extra for the changes, which seemed kinda unreasonable to me, you know? But then I called customer service and explained my situation, and the rep quickly sorted everything out without any extra charges, which was a relief. I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful and responsive service I got, eh.

The customer service I got was really good. The person I talked to was polite and helpful. But, there was a little problem when they couldn't find the flight I wanted to switch to right away. I was worried they might only be looking at the early flights first without considering the price, but they did end up finding it and told me they would get back to me to confirm the new flight.

My experience booking connecting flights through this service was really disappointing. Just a day after booking, my flights got changed and I was asked to pay more fees to switch to different flights. Luckily, when I called the airlines directly, I managed to sort out the problem without any extra charges. But then, a week later, my flights got changed once again, and this time the other options provided were super expensive at over £200 per person. When I asked for a refund, they said it wasn't guaranteed and could take up to 3 months to process. I'm still waiting for the refund. Overall, my experience with this service has been frustrating and unprofessional.
