I booked a hop on hop off tour recently using this platform, and it ended up being a complete disaster. We waited for the bus at the assigned stop, but it never came. We asked for help at the tourist info center, and they told us the bus had been rented out for a private tour and wouldn't be running that day. It was really disappointing to have such a lack of communication and organization. They tried to offer us a taxi tour instead, but when we showed them our voucher from the platform, they said we'd have to pay again since we didn't book directly. It was just not right, and we felt frustrated and ripped off. We've tried reaching out to both City Sightseeing and the platform multiple times for a refund, but so far we haven't gotten anywhere. This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I'd warn others to think twice before booking tours through this platform.

The Blue Lagoon tour was a bit of a mess due to the lack of information about the pick-up service. We had booked including a transfer from our hotel, but when the time came, there were no clear instructions. We ended up missing the bus and had to scramble to figure out how to get picked up. Waiting in the cold rain with two kids was definitely not how we wanted to start our day. We booked other tours with different companies and everything went smoothly, so this experience really stood out in a bad way. While I still recommend the Blue Lagoon itself, I would suggest going with a different company to avoid the headache.

I got two adult tickets for a shuttle bus ride from downtown Paris to Disneyland. I did everything right, got to the meeting spot in Bercy village by 9 am like they said, but there was no one there holding a sign like promised. I tried calling the numbers they gave, but none of them worked. It wasn't clear where the bus was supposed to pick us up, so we ended up being late. We had to get an Uber to the park, which meant we missed out on some valuable time. It really sucked and the company's lack of communication and professionalism totally wrecked what should have been a fun day.
