The website seemed legit at first, but I was totally fooled. I should’ve checked reviews on trustpilot before buying anything. The tickets I bought couldn’t be downloaded, which was a huge pain. Luckily, I used my Amex card so I could dispute the charge.

I bought tickets from this company and for some reason, they never showed up. So, I had to buy them again, but this time I used my friend's bank account and those ones actually came through. When I reached out to customer service to sort out the problem, they told me that the first tickets had already been used - but obviously, that's because I used the second set since the first ones went missing. Now, I'm just waiting for a refund for those original tickets.

I thought I was buying tickets for a hop on hop off bus tour in Barcelona, but it turns out the website is just a middleman for different bus companies. So, I ended up with tickets for a different bus tour than my friends! I had to spend extra money to get the right tickets and they wouldn't refund me for the mistake they made. Not cool at all!

And the cherry on top was that the Miami Seaquarium wasn't even on the tour route, even though it was clearly listed on the paperwork I got from the company. So I had to spend even more money just to visit the place. The lack of accurate information and misleading advertising from this company made my experience really frustrating and disappointing.

This company is such a joke, eh? We booked a 'Cicchetti Tour' in Venice through them, you know, and turns out the tour was totally full for over a week before we even made our reservation. Like, how can they let customers book tours that aren't even available, right? It's just a total scam. We ended up losing out on £150, and we were left with no tour and no dinner reservation. Like, the customer service was so terrible, the local guide had no clue about our booking and had no solution to help us out. It's like this company is dishonest and just takes your money without even caring if the tours are actually available, you know? Steer clear of them at all costs.
