I had a really bad experience with the Madrid tour combo ticket. I bought a ticket that was supposed to include a visit to Santiago Bernabeu, but the barcode they sent me didn't work when I got to the stadium. They charged me almost double the price of what I could have paid at the stadium. When I contacted customer service, they told me to pick up the tickets from their buses, which was a pain because I had to keep going back and forth between bus stops and where they started. Then they told me to go to their partner's office and pay for the ticket myself, but I refused and asked for a refund instead. It's been three months and I still haven't received my refund.
I also booked a Barcelona tour, but it turned out to be just a day pass for using the transportation system.

As someone who bought tickets for Disneyland, I was really let down by the whole experience. I got 3 tickets for a four-day Disneyland visit, but when I showed up, turns out they were no good. I had to pay all over again to get in, which was a real pain. I was so disappointed and thought this company could do better. I'd say be careful about buying tickets from them, they might not come through.

Oh my goodness, this was seriously the worst experience ever! So, we purchased this ticket online, thinking it would be awesome. But when we arrived at the castle, it was actually a fake! We went to the tour office they recommended to get our tickets, but they were completely clueless. Can you believe it? We had to wait forever for them to contact someone and eventually learned that our ticket was invalid. So, yeah, definitely avoid this place, it's totally a scam.

I got tickets for a bus tour that was way too packed, there wasn't even any seats left. I asked for my money back after I got off the bus but they said no. It was a terrible and frustrating experience, it was such a hassle for no reason.
