Ticket to Disneyland
My partner and I got our tickets to Disneyland from Isango! and it was amazing. We had so much fun at the theme park. The whole booking process was super simple and smooth, and the service we got from the company was great. The prices were fair, and we definitely felt like we got our money's worth. The tickets arrived quickly, and we didn't have any problems at all. All in all, our time with Isango! was awesome, and we'd totally suggest it to anyone looking to get tickets for attractions.

Tickets for Disneyland
As someone who bought tickets for Disneyland, I was really let down by the whole experience. I got 3 tickets for a four-day Disneyland visit, but when I showed up, turns out they were no good. The website seemed legit at first, but I was totally fooled. I should’ve checked reviews on trustpilot before buying anything. The tickets I bought couldn’t be downloaded, which was a huge pain. Luckily, I used my Amex card so I could dispute the charge.
Hop on hop off tour

They tried to offer us a taxi tour instead, but when we showed them our voucher from the platform, they said we'd have to pay again since we didn't book directly. It was just not right, and we felt frustrated and ripped off. We've tried reaching out to both City Sightseeing and the platform multiple times for a refund, but so far we haven't gotten anywhere. This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I'd warn others to think twice before booking tours through this platform.
Purchased tickets never arrived
I bought tickets from this company and for some reason, they never showed up. So, I had to buy them again, but this time I used my friend's bank account and those ones actually came through. When I reached out to customer service to sort out the problem, they told me that the first tickets had already been used - but obviously, that's because I used the second set since the first ones went missing. Now, I'm just waiting for a refund for those original tickets.
Experience with booking a bus tour in Edinburgh on New Year's Day
I had a super disappointing experience trying to book a bus tour through this company. Everything seemed all good - got confirmation of my booking and they took the money from my account. But on the day I was supposed to go on the tour, no bus in sight! I asked for a refund right away, but it's been almost three weeks and still no money back. I have to tell you, dealing with this company was a total nightmare. I bought a package deal for a Miami bus tour and Miami Seaquarium tickets, but it was one letdown after another. First of all, when I got to the bus stop, they said my tickets were no good and I had to go all the way across town to get the right ones. This ended up costing me more money and was a big hassle, especially with my 18-month-old baby. Then, they promised a second day free on the bus tour, but that was a lie according to the bus company staff. And the cherry on top was that the Miami Seaquarium wasn't even on the tour route, even though it was clearly listed on the paperwork I got from the company. So I had to spend even more money just to visit the place. The lack of accurate information and misleading advertising from this company made my experience really frustrating and disappointing.
Booking 'Cicchetti Tour' in Venice
This company is such a joke, eh? We booked a 'Cicchetti Tour' in Venice through them, you know, and turns out the tour was totally full for over a week before we even made our reservation. Like, how can they let customers book tours that aren't even available, right? It's just a total scam. We ended up losing out on £150, and we were left with no tour and no dinner reservation. Like, the customer service was so terrible, the local guide had no clue about our booking and had no solution to help us out. It's like this company is dishonest and just takes your money without even caring if the tours are actually available, you know? Steer clear of them at all costs.
Shuttle bus transfer from Paris center to Disneyland
I got two adult tickets for a shuttle bus ride from downtown Paris to Disneyland. I did everything right, got to the meeting spot in Bercy village by 9 am like they said, but there was no one there holding a sign like promised. I tried calling the numbers they gave, but none of them worked. It wasn't clear where the bus was supposed to pick us up, so we ended up being late. We had to get an Uber to the park, which meant we missed out on some valuable time. It really sucked and the company's lack of communication and professionalism totally wrecked what should have been a fun day.
