ChangesI booked a return from Lima to Copenhagen a few weeks ago and paid extra for those roomy XL seats — the kind you pick because it’s a long haul and you don’t want to be miserable. At first I was happy, everything looked good. Then the flight got cancelled and they rebooked me on an earlier one, and the agent on the phone assured me I’d keep the same XL seats. That’s where things started to unravel.
