Changesdon't book through them. I tried using this third-party site a few months ago and while the ticket finally existed the whole experience was a mess. At first glance it looked fine, straightforward checkout, but when I needed to change one day of travel their change fee was about four times the original airfare. Their system also went down and they told me the alternative date had been taken, even though the airline still showed seats. Only after I pushed back did they offer the date — with an obscene surcharge. The trip went ahead in the end, but the hassle and cost make this a poor option.
