Booked a Japan flight months ahead and then… nothing. No email, no text, no update — it just vanished from my plans. I only learned it was cancelled by chance when I phoned about something else. The booking still shows as active two weeks later and I haven’t received a refund, so I had to buy a new ticket at a much higher price. The website is actually pretty tidy to use, but customer service sounded scripted and didn’t fix anything. Disappointing, really, all told.

Half-asleep at 2 a.m., I hit confirm thinking I was on Norwegian's site — classic late-night brain fog. I’d hovered for ages, had doubts before buying, but Google steered me to Flight Network/GotoGate and I only noticed after the confirmation. I cancelled within 30 minutes because I’ve had bad runs with them, yet they still took CHF 38, even though many airlines give a 24-hour grace. The fare was about CHF 80 more than booking direct. I accepted the fee to get the rest back, and the refund showed up faster than expected, a small win.

I first saw them on a friend's tip and booked for our family of four. Airline cancelled the flight and refunded full amounts back to the agency twice, but the agency only returned part to us. Customer support was scripted, kept saying somebody would call back — nobody ever did. Hours wasted chasing it. Not perfect, the service resolved it slightly, but delivery of the refund was poor.

don't book through them. I tried using this third-party site a few months ago and while the ticket finally existed the whole experience was a mess. At first glance it looked fine, straightforward checkout, but when I needed to change one day of travel their change fee was about four times the original airfare. Their system also went down and they told me the alternative date had been taken, even though the airline still showed seats. Only after I pushed back did they offer the date — with an obscene surcharge. The trip went ahead in the end, but the hassle and cost make this a poor option.

be prepared with all docs ready and call if you're getting nowhere. Seriously, that made a big difference. Glad it turned out okay.
