On-siteBought a car rental that looked cheap on Enjoy Travel — roughly €60 for four days, I told a friend the bargain flying to Madeira. At the airport Gold Car asked for just over €250 deposit despite me having private excess cover. Felt awkward, declined and took a taxi instead. Messy experience, I emailed Enjoy Travel but haven't heard back. Price looked great but the pick-up was a nightmare.
