BookingI flew into Stansted and at first it was a mess — I paid online and didn’t get a confirmation, called and was told there was no booking. I was honestly ready to give up and use another company (had rough experiences before), but after a follow-up call someone at EnjoyTravel actually found my payment, sorted a reservation and even bumped me into a slightly nicer car. That was the moment I knew I was okay. Small hiccups, yes, but the surprise refund/upgrade and a friendly, polite rep — which I didn’t expect — left me happy.
