ChangesI paid AED 1680 like I was told, then ran into a snag. The rep, Muhamad Abdul (hope I got that right), said he couldn’t reissue my daughter’s ticket and told me to call Philippine Airlines. I did, PAL said only the agent can do it and even asked Cleartrip to call them — so I was stuck in that awkward back-and-forth. Frustrating, yes, and I kept wondering if I’d ever get it sorted. The good bit: after I pushed a bit and asked for escalation, someone else picked it up and actually took the extra step to call PAL. Not perfect, but that extra effort was a nice surprise and eased most of my worries.
