don't book through this site — I lost time and money and nobody took responsibility. I bought Choice Plus tickets and later tried to reschedule; online it wouldn't let me, so I phoned. The agent charged me more than the fare difference, said the new date was confirmed, and I accepted — paid extra. At web check-in the original date still showed. Another call brought a string of excuses: the airline hadn't confirmed, the fare difference changed, the airline hadn't received payment. Then they asked me to pay yet another top-up to move the date. Oddly one rep stayed calm and actually tried to help, but it didn't change the outcome. Advice: keep screenshots, call the airline directly. Feels like organised rip-off. Wouldn't use them again, and you shouldn't.

I paid AED 1680 like I was told, then ran into a snag. The rep, Muhamad Abdul (hope I got that right), said he couldn’t reissue my daughter’s ticket and told me to call Philippine Airlines. I did, PAL said only the agent can do it and even asked Cleartrip to call them — so I was stuck in that awkward back-and-forth. Frustrating, yes, and I kept wondering if I’d ever get it sorted. The good bit: after I pushed a bit and asked for escalation, someone else picked it up and actually took the extra step to call PAL. Not perfect, but that extra effort was a nice surprise and eased most of my worries.
