OverallAs a customer of an online video streaming service, I was kinda let down to see that their ads didn't really showcase a diverse range of people. I come from a place where everybody's different, so it's super important for brands to show that in their ads. When companies don't include all kinds of folks in their marketing, it can make some potential customers feel left out. It's really key for businesses to realize how vital diversity and inclusion are in their advertising efforts, so that they can connect with their audience and make everyone feel like they belong.
