I signed up for a trial on this video website and figured I'd cancel before it ended. But even though I cancelled, they still went ahead and charged my credit card! It's such a scam, so don't trust them with your credit card info!

I clicked on a link to watch a video and ended up getting signed up as a member without even meaning to. Now, I'm having a hard time trying to delete this account that got made without me saying yes. It's been a real annoyance and I'm feeling pretty frustrated about it. It's not cool to feel like I got tricked into something that seems like a scam.

My time using that online video hosting site was a huge letdown. Even with other platforms on the decline, Vimeo just didn't cut it for me. The customer service was pretty meh, no real help and those automated bots were the main way to reach out. On top of that, I got hit with surprise monthly fees after signing up, and had a tough time trying to delete my account. All in all, I wouldn't suggest Vimeo as a YouTube replacement.

They totally fooled me into making a payment for something I didn't even want! That customer service bot is completely useless and their billing tactics are sneaky and just plain wrong. We gave it a shot once, but never went back because it was way too complicated and not at all what we were looking for.

So, I suggest not signing up for any subscriptions with them and not giving them your credit card or bank info to avoid surprise charges.
