CommunicationI'm so annoyed with trying to switch my number to this company. It's been days and my old provider says they're all set, but this company hasn't done a thing to start the process. I even tried to change the number, but that was a no-go. Their lack of communication and action is just not okay. Don't they care about keeping customers or just doing their job?
