When I had to cancel my server, I couldn't figure it out myself so I emailed the support team. Surprisingly, I got a quick reply from Adrian Ponce who was super nice and gave me some really great solutions. The customer service I got was top-notch and made a possibly annoying situation way easier to deal with.
