The guy I talked to, Nils Teichert, went out of his way to assist me. He was super friendly, helpful, and patient the whole time. Nils Teichert definitely deserves a shoutout for his awesome customer service skills.

I can't believe how totally incompetent this host is. I thought they were my only choice, so I went ahead and bought a Chivalry 2 server from them.
