Malware-like software
I've been using this antivirus software for a while now, but I had a bad experience recently that made me doubt how well it works. It's really hard to uninstall, and the renewal prices are way too high, especially for customers outside of North America. It feels like this software grabs onto your computer and doesn't want to let go. I don't recommend installing it and think you should consider other options instead.
Antivirus Software Subscription
I've been using this antivirus for a couple years now and it's been good. I tried other options before, but this one seems to be doing the job. I haven't had any viruses pop up, so I can't really say how effective it is in handling them.
Renewal of subscription
I just renewed my subscription and I gotta say, the service I got was top-notch! Right after I renewed, a tech guy hopped on to my computer to check if my antivirus was all good with my system, update my drivers, and make sure everything was running smoothly. This tech guy, Michael, was super patient and took his time to explain each step to me. Being retired and living off of Social Security at 81, I really appreciated Michael's help. He not only made my computer run better, but he also taught me a lot about how it works. Thanks to him, I feel way more confident using my computer now.
Software causing major issues
I just bought this software and it was such a disaster! It ended up creating more headaches than fixing anything. It went ahead and removed the drivers for my mouse and keyboard, which meant I had to spend hours trying to troubleshoot the issue. On top of that, it deleted some important files I needed for a deadline, all without even asking me first!
Issue with logging on and extending to another laptop
I had a problem logging into my account to add service to another laptop. When I tried to reset my password, the system said it didn't know my username. It was so frustrating! But then I remembered I kept the receipt from when I bought a 3-pack of services and decided to contact sales for help. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and helpful they were. I wasn't expecting such speedy help in this day and age, but Webroot exceeded my expectations! Thanks for the awesome service!
The best online security
I just wanted to share that I recently upgraded my online security and it has been amazing! Before, I had McAfee and unfortunately got hacked, lost everything, it was terrible 😭. But then I decided to check out this new security software that was recommended to me in the store. It covers all my devices - phone, laptop, and computers - and I haven't had any issues since! It's seriously been a game-changer for me, very thankful! Huge shoutout to the creators for protecting my devices 🙌.
Internet security software
As a customer at your company, I just wanted to say how happy I am with the internet security software I bought. It's been great for using all my devices without any worries about online safety. It's nice to know my info is kept safe while I'm online. The user interface is really easy to use, even for people who aren't tech experts. I'm overall really pleased with how well the software works.
Renewal mishap
I had a problem with my account renewal recently. They charged me the wrong amount and then locked me out. I tried calling and emailing customer service a bunch of times, but nobody got back to me. It's really annoying and frustrating when they don't communicate or help out. I decided to cancel the auto-renewal, but they still charged me for another month. It's not cool that they're not being clear or following through. Just a heads up, watch out for this company's sketchy practices.
Subscription renewal issue
I've been a customer for a whole year now, eh, and my desktop app's been workin' just fine. But, I've been havin' trouble signin' into the website lately. Even after renewing my subscription, I still can't get on the site at all. I've tried troubleshootin', changin' passwords, and reachin' out to customer service, but I ain't heard nothin' back. It's been super frustratin' with no communication and no fix for the problem.
