I got this protection for my computer last year and thought everything was fine until a hacker got in without me knowing. I called my bank and a hacker intercepted the call asking for my banking info. Scary stuff! Thankfully, I didn't give them much, but I was really scared. Webroot fixed up my computer but then tried to hold my computer's programming ransom for a ton of money. I didn't pay up, and luckily my computer is still working, but now I don't trust them anymore.
