Under Armour - Reviews and experiences

Thought it was lost — order was three weeks late and I couldn't reach anyone, but it finally showed up. Not great service, yet product works fine for daily gym use.

I ordered in January 2025 and waited a full week before shipping. Item was decent, but the delay left me irritated and puzzled.

I ordered some clothes a month ago and still haven't gotten them. The customer service is terrible - can't reach anyone on the phone or web chat. They've been ignoring my messages. It's frustrating to pay for something and not hear anything back.

My experience with Under Armour has been really disappointing. They said my order would arrive in 2-3 days but it's been over a month now and still no sign of it. I've tried contacting customer service through chat a bunch of times, but nobody can give me a straight answer. Instead of explaining what's going on or when I can expect my order, all I get are excuses about how busy they are dealing with complaints. It's frustrating not knowing what's happening and feeling like they're not being honest with me. I'm starting to think they might be selling stuff they don't actually have, especially here in Belgium where I'm based. To make matters worse, all I've heard from them are promotional emails. How can I trust a company that can't even get a basic order right on time? I'm really disappointed and unimpressed with Under Armour right now.
