Shoe lifespan concern
Shoe lifespan concern
QualityNeeded decent shoes after a bad pair worsened my back pain. Delivery was okay, customer service helpful but slow. Shoes crack around year two, usable.
Underwhelming, honestly

QualityI wasn't sure about ordering — the site looked OK but I hesitated because of mixed reviews. My doubts didn't disappear. The phone number never answered, so I emailed and only after two weeks a package arrived. The socks feel cheap and the crazy UK 7.5–12 label fits no one properly. Kind of disappointing, I expected better from a known brand though
Really comfy, faded too soon
Really comfy, faded too soon
QualityBought this black Under Armour hoodie on a trip in April and at first I loved it — super soft, great fit and cozy for chilly mornings. I wore it at home and for light workouts. Sadly after a handful of washes the colour faded and it looked tired. I contacted customer support but hit a wall without the original receipt, even though I had other proof. Kinda disappointing, but I still wear it.
Corrosion showed up way too soon

QualityI’m done with this one — not worth the headache. I first spotted this bottle at my gym and even tipped a buddy to buy it, so I was pretty surprised when, after about five months, the outside started corroding and there were weird marks inside. Oddly, I had the same model five years earlier with no issues, so they must’ve changed materials. They told me not to drink from it (glad I noticed), but the refund route is a mess — UA punts to United Sports Brands and then radio silence. Disappointing.
Wet socks and a shrug

QualityI was standing on the porch with a seam peeling from the sole and thought, huh, that shouldn't happen after just a few months. Ordered online — delivery was actually quick and the box was fine. But then the fun began. Sent photos for a warranty return and got a stock reply saying they couldn't accept it because of "age and/or wear." Age? A few months. Worn maybe once a week. The rep's email sounded like someone copy-pasting and not looking. It stung because the product failed, and the customer service felt like a wall. Not all bad — delivery was solid and ordering was painless. Still, if your gear starts falling apart, be ready to push back, document everything, and maybe get a backup pair. I like the boots otherwise, but the warranty handling left me annoyed and a bit skeptical.
Trainers purchase
Trainers purchase
QualityEh, so I recently bought some trainers from the store and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed. One of the shoes had a defect that ended up cutting my son's heel, not cool, eh? Even though the price was reasonable, the quality just didn't live up to my expectations, y'know? I tried reaching out to customer service through Border Free to sort things out, but my emails just kept bouncing back. It's been tough trying to get this issue fixed. My family and I have always been loyal customers in the past, but if this isn't sorted out, we might think twice about shopping here again. The lack of help and support in this situation has me feeling pretty upset, to be honest.
Compression gear, gym shirts, tights, socks
Compression gear, gym shirts, tights, socks
QualityEver since I've been hitting the gym more, I've been looking for good quality sports gear from different brands. Some people might overlook the smaller brands, but I was really surprised by the stuff I found at this one store. The compression gear is amazing, helps me power through tough workouts without feeling all tight. The gym shirts are a game-changer, so comfy and last a long time - just what I need. And man, those tights are perfect for squats, give me just the right support. And the socks, they keep my feet dry no matter how sweaty things get. The fabric is top-notch, I honestly feel less gross when I wear their gear. And the best part? The prices are actually pretty decent, so it's easy to grab all the essentials without spending a fortune.

QualityI just scored these really awesome shoes, but one of them is messed up and the company won't do anything to help me out. It's so not cool, eh?
UA TAB Women's No Show Socks
UA TAB Women's No Show Socks
QualityEh, buddy, I wouldn't waste your money on those UA TAB Women's No Show Socks. The logo's actually knitted on the bottom, so when you wash 'em, it's gonna rub against your feet and bug ya. Plus, when I reached out to customer service for help, they weren't much use at all - wouldn't give me any assistance.
Lightweight, breathable athletic wear

QualityOh man, the material in this workout gear is just top-notch! Seriously, it makes a big difference when I'm going hard at the gym. I've noticed that all the stuff I've bought from this brand - shirts, shorts, pants - they all stay in great shape even after tons of washes and tough workouts.
Expensive hoody
Expensive hoody
QualityI got this real pricey hoody from this store, and let me tell you, I am so let down. After only a couple times in the wash, the hoody looked all beat up. The fabric got super thin, started pilling like crazy, and just looked worn out. I even made sure to follow the washing instructions, flipping it inside out and all, but it still turned out looking rough. I shelled out a good chunk of change for it, so I was expecting way better quality.
