ReliabilityI just bought some new workout gear online and man, was I let down. I couldn't get a hold of anyone from customer service no matter how hard I tried. And to top it off, they straight up cancelled my order even though the stuff was still available. It was so frustrating! And don't even get me started on my kids' shoes - they had sizing issues too. This whole experience has got me thinking I might need to look elsewhere for my athletic gear from now on.

ReliabilityAs a fan of good quality sports clothing, I was so stoked to buy from this brand. But, I gotta say, my experience was a letdown. They work with this delivery company that didn't even try to deliver my package to my house - they just sent it to a pick-up spot instead. This kind of service is so frustrating and now I'm unsure about ordering from them again. It's a bummer because I really dig their products, but that delivery situation really bummed me out.
